Simultaneously, I served as project manager on up to 12 accounts at a time, working across internal and external teams to see through the proposal, development and execution of creative projects. Highlights:

  • Oversaw development and launch of new Red Cross blog. Served as POC with client and oversaw web development and web design teams.

  • Launched and managed Twitter account for FedEx Public Affairs. Served as POC with client, wrote tweets and developed growth strategy, and project managed internal support teams.

  • Oversaw production of video series for World Bank. Served as POC with client and oversaw animation, design and scriptwriting teams.

  • Spearheaded company's digital strategy division. Set precedents for campaign strategy development process and reporting. Oversaw digital strategy team.

  • Developed and ran national digital campaigns for toy retailer and software company. Developed campaign concepts, identified target segments and conversion strategies, wrote ad copy and designed digital ads, implemented advertising strategy across Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Analyzed data and presented clear, thoughtful reports to clients, and increasingly achieved improvements in CTR (achieving as high as 5%) and CPC (getting as low as $0.05 per click).

  • Assisted in branding projects for McDonald's, U.S. Army and Booz Allen Hamilton. Served as project coordinator and assisted in developing branding and campaign concepts and digital strategy.

  • Launched and managed company blog, ran social media channels.

  • Developed and presented pitch presentations, proposals, reports and contracts. Achieved 70% win rate for my proposals.

My role at Vocus, an international PR software company which has since been purchased and merged with Cision, was one of the most pivotal in my early career. It's where I fell in love with communication, design, digital marketing and strategy. As an intern, I was trusted with controlling major communication channels with the company's network of more than 40K followers. I was asked at the end of my summer internship to remain through the fall. Had the company not been purchased, I would have remained through my senior year of college. 

My accomplishments included:

  • Increased social media following through original graphics and copy (shared with more than 40K followers).

  • Contributed original pieces to the company blog that received more than 300 likes and shares

  • Served as the community manager for Vocus and PRWeb's Facebook pages

  • Analyzed online traffic with analytics platforms including Google Analytics
