Working closely with the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) at the World Bank, I oversaw the production of multiple animated videos in a series that visualized the results of key IEG studies. I worked with internal creative teams and freelance writers to develop the videos, as well as managed the project budget, contract and final delivery.
